- - Hair dryer cord blew off during use after 8 months, causing burns.
- - Reached company Apr 7; Apr 9 asked for follow-up; I provided it; no reply.
After 8 months of owning my hair dryer, the cord literally blew off while I was using it causing burns to my chest and wrist. I wrote the company immediately after it happened on April 7th, they responded April 9th asking for follow-up information which I provided for them.
I have heard absolutely nothing back from them.
I'm severally disappointed.

- - The curling iron burned hair and is unusable.
- - Spent a lot on hot tools that don't last and can't return without a receipt.
First, I have spent so much money on hot tools curling irons in the last few years. They dont last very long and I have to buy another one and another one.
Last one I bought about one month ago I just started smelling something that smelled like burning, and when I realized it was the curling iron, and it was literally burning my hair signing it. I cant use it because Im afraid its gonna go on fire. My hair is damaged now I have to constantly condition it to try to get it back because the curling iron overheated and burnt my hair.
Of course I cant return it because I dont have the receipt any longer, but I bought it about three weeks to a month ago so its practically brand new and I cant even use it. Im not going to spend any more money on hot tools because of this.

They suggested I clean (it seemed like deteriorating rubber parts) with soap and water or rubbing alcohol. 1st option didnt work, 2nd option offered considerable improvement in most of the areas.
